We provide transportation and booking services, including but not limited to car lift, pick-and-drop, and scheduled transport services.

All services are subject to availability, operational conditions, and confirmation at the time of booking.


3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized channels.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that contain incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious information.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are clearly displayed before confirmation of booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Customers agree to pay the full amount at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Any additional charges due to changes in route, waiting time, or extra services will be communicated and must be approved by the customer.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • Full refund for cancellations made in advance (as per policy)
  • Partial or no refund for late cancellations or after service initiation
  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days

6. Customer Responsibilities

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation without refund.


7. Service Conditions

  • Service timing is estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
  • We strive to maintain punctuality but do not guarantee exact arrival times
  • Vehicle type and driver assignment may vary depending on availability

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

10. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is not available at the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached, the booking may be marked as a no-show
  • No-shows are non-refundable

11. Proof of Service

We maintain records of:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Communication logs
  • Service completion status

These may be used to resolve disputes or chargebacks.
