At carliftinuae, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.


2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time may be subject to a partial refund (up to 50%).

  • Cancellations made after service has started or driver has been assigned/en route are non-refundable.

Business-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a booking due to operational reasons:

  • The customer will receive a 100% full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as confirmed

  • Significant delay or failure in service delivery

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges

  • Verified customer complaints supported by evidence

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No-shows by the customer

  • Incorrect booking details were provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, road conditions)


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider


5. Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

6. Proof of Service

For transparency and dispute prevention:

  • All bookings are confirmed via message/email

  • Service completion records are maintained (driver logs / confirmations)


7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with carliftinuae, the customer agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


8. Updates to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
