I'm curious about the deposit you collect before providing driver information. Could you explain its purpose and why it needs to be paid beforehand?

We understand that flexibility is important, so we only require a partial deposit for certain services to secure your reservation. This ensures you have the peace of mind of a confirmed booking while still maintaining some flexibility.

I have completed the deposit payment as requested. However, I haven't received the driver details for my pickup yet. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my request?

We understand that plans can change. However, to guarantee a smooth pick-up for the next day, please book your service before 9 PM UAE time. Bookings made after this time require confirmation with the driver and may not commence immediately. We will send your driver details and pick-up time via WhatsApp upon receiving your booking deposit reference number.

What happens if I don't receive driver details or the driver doesn't show up after paying the deposit?

In the unlikely event that we are unable to arrange a car service for you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We aim to process your refund within 7-14 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we offer online payment options through major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Please inform me of the schedule for settling the remaining balance once my advance payment is processed and the pickup service commences.

Please note that your initial 1-2 days of pickup service, determined by either the driver or specific routes, will be a paid trial.

If I'm not happy with the service or car after booking and starting, how do I get a refund?

For your reference, we will deduct the applicable service charges for the day from your booking deposit and refund the remaining balance to your bank account after processing.
