2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time may be subject to a partial refund (up to 50%).
Cancellations made after service has started or driver has been assigned/en route are non-refundable.
Business-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a booking due to operational reasons:
The customer will receive a 100% full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Service was not delivered as confirmed
Significant delay or failure in service delivery
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified customer complaints supported by evidence
Refunds will not be issued for:
No-shows by the customer
Incorrect booking details were provided by the customer
Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, road conditions)
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
The amount will be returned to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider
5. Dispute Resolution
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

6. Proof of Service
For transparency and dispute prevention:
All bookings are confirmed via message/email
Service completion records are maintained (driver logs / confirmations)
7. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with carliftinuae, the customer agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Updates to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
